"What a great company! I needed a simple jump start as my nearly brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L has had issues with something mechanical/electrical draining the battery if it would sit for 1.5 days or more. It has been to the Dealership to try and fix this issue 4 times under warranty, with 30 hours of troubleshooting being done on one occasion. Usually I drive it most every day, but occasionally I get a surprise no-start in my garage and every business/vacation trip where I leave it at the airport, I come back to a dead vehicle. Very frustrating! Not only did Terry jump start my vehicle, he researched my issue via google/trade websites and told me to tell the local Jeep dealership how to fix it! He mentioned that this is a fairly common issue and I need to replace the rear latch motor to the trunk/hatch that keeps running when it sits idle causing a parasitic drain. Voila! I finally have a reliable vehicle! Not even the Jeep technicians could find this.
