"I was leaving home for a medical appointment and my Range Rover wouldn't start. I suspected the battery was dead. I cancelled my appointment and called O'Reilly's. Tammy answered the phone and she looked up what type of battery my car took. They had 2 options in stock that both came with a 3 year warranty. I asked if they could deliver it. To my pleasant surprise they could! Tammy delivered it right away, and she even installed it! I'm so glad because I was frazzled with looking up how to install the battery online. She hooked something up to my console to backup my car's computer, and she replaced my battery in just a few minutes. My car started up immediately. I told her how my car showed a weird sign I'd never seen before when I tried to start it earlier, and she asked was it a voltage sign? I said yes! I'm so grateful for her knowledge, helpfulness, and expertise. She inspires me to want to learn more about auto mechanics and helping others in need. I seriously don't know what I would have done without her help. I'm now able to go to an appointment I have scheduled for later today. I love O'Reilly's and Tammy! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!"

"Nice store, I haven’t had any negative experiences like other reviewers. I’m also pretty easy going though so things would have to be real bad for me to feel bad. I was there a few weeks ago. The guy that helped me was nice, helpful, courteous. I don’t recall his name. There was a gentleman talking to him when I was in line. They kindly stopped talking and let me check out. The remote that was there talking was extremely courteous and held the doors open for me while I hauled 2 truck batteries (about 60lbs a piece) and Shaun when I returned back in with the batteries I was exchanging. I’ll be going back there again"
