"Great techs. The wait was just too long for my liking. From the time parked and leaving it was 1hr 20min. I even told the tech I just needed the oil changed and tire pressure checked. They were kind enough to fill my wiper fluid though! Thx!"
"Went in for an oil change on a Monday after which my vehicle was leaking oil for the first time ever. Went back a couple of days later to have them correct the issue. They apologized and re-did and re-checked the work. They said that everything was fine now. Since that second time, the leaking is worse. So, they are either incompetent or they damaged my car. Either way, they don't get any more attempts to "fix" anything. And no. You guys got two chances to get it right. I'll be taking business elsewhere. Invoice 222891, for your reference. I've burned enough lunch hours with you."

"Love this place. Getting my oil changed used to make me anxious, but the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t try to push you to buy extra stuff you don’t need. It’s great you can stay in your car. I’m writing this review as they’re changing my oil. Always great coupons online too, but the price is usually affordable as-is. Thanks Valvoline!"
"My first visit and they were friendly as well as efficient. Waited about 4 minutes before being guided into the bay. Took roughly 15 minutes or so. At the end they showed me the dipstick which I thought was nice. (Other places didn't) I also observed the tech double checking all the lids to make sure they covered everything back up which was a nice peace of mind. Not 5 star because of the price but every 5k miles, I figure its worth it."
