"I like to support and review local businesses and do not give poor reviews- except this one with poor customer service. I received a Christmas gift that was not eligible for return as it was more than 10 days from the purchase date. The clerk placed me on hold to confirm with the owner. I asked to speak to the owner who would not speak with me, despite the fact that she was there speaking with the clerk less than 30 seconds previously. I found this to a disrespectful way for the owner of a local small business to treat clientele."

"I bought a Une de 50 leather/silver-colored bracelet. Shortly after, just getting into my car, this bracelet fell apart. (The slender leather slippery cords are not fastened down with anything. Bound to happen one day soon.) I went back for a replacement & all I got was a complaining, argumentative sales person. Rude and bullying in attitude, she did all she could to stop me from exchanging this cheaply made but overly priced piece for another in-store & on display. She wanted me to wait several weeks to have the store send it to Spain for repair. I refused. I shouldn't have to put up such a fight. Very poor customer service skills! I'll never be back. Found same brand for discounted price elsewhere. & made in Spain!"

"Purchased way overpriced Une 50 bracelet here. The components loosened and spilled as I got into my car. It was recently purchased at Natasha's. I went back for an exchange. (They don't refund.)The same style was on display in the store. The saleswoman was very reluctant and difficult to work with. She didn't want me to be happy and INSISTED! that I leave the broken Une 50 bracelet w/them where they would send it out to get fixed. Why should I have to wait when they carried my same bracelet in store??!! Because they were so rude and borderline mean, I will never ever go near that store and I now know where I can buy real Une 50 jewelry for affordable prices-- and the service I get is THE BEST! From real silversmiths! (Une 50 isn't 925)."

"HORRIBLE. I bought a ring from here back in March for my boyfriend and at first it was great but then it starting chipping, and a ring that expensive should not chip so we asked them to fix it and when it came back it was a completely different ring of less value. So we tried to get a refund and they denied us this refund because it had been "too long". On top of it all the store owner initially lied about the ring being one of a kind which is part of the reason I got it. Don't buy here!!!"
