"2nd time here. 1st time I was not happy I didn't find anything && customer service was non existing. However this go around great environment, very friendly I found what I wanted. Good selection (lots of purses) tops, bottoms a few shoes && jackets. There are 2 lines ones for shopping other for returns. It's a small wait not too baDD. 3rd time here. I'm sad to say it could have been better. I found what I wanted butt the lack of Customer service was real. Every associate avoided eye contact or lacked trying to even say hi. They saw a customer and walked the opposite way. One customer wanted to buy a high ticket item and the associate looked very disgruntled over the whole experience. The cashier was very nice however."
