"Had a new kitchen faucet installed and initially everything looked good. A few hours later, noticed water was leaking from below the faucet handle. Called for next day follow-up service, but the technician who did the installation was out sick and we were assigned another technician. Unfortunately, on the day of our appointment the technician needed to be called back to his previous job and we rescheduled for the next day. By this time, we were getting anxious and frustrated. The following day, were assigned to Daniel. He assessed the faucet bonnet ring was loose, tightened the ring and checked all the working parts being careful to test and make sure everything remained dry. He mentioned he regularly does this step with a new install. He completed the work under warranty and did not charge us. This restored our faith in Allens Plumbing. We had a blocked line and it cost close to $700.00 dollars to remove a toilet and run a snake. Having the big price for an off hours call was beyond what I consider appropriate.
