I called about a diagnostic check but found out that my alternator was going. I picked up the alternator called Ka'eo and he was able to take me in the very next day. "I was referred to Aulani's Garage by a good friend so I initially called to get a quote and check if I needed an appointment. Ka'eo decided to consider our circumstances and asked us to bring our car in the next day if we could make it there by 9am. We enjoyed meeting Ka'eo who gave us great customer service. He's a very nice guy. He patiently listened to us about our car problems, registered us in with our basic personal info, and left him the keys. Long story short, he finished our car that day and we picked it up in the late afternoon. When we picked up our car, the parking lot was packed reflecting his established clientele and reliability. I definitely recommend Aulani's Garage. Trusted and reliable local auto shop. Oh, and our car runs good as new. Definitely going back to Aulani's Garage in the future."
