"Rudest company I ever worked with!!!!! The office girl was rude to me several times during previous repairs. I needed to use them as they were the authorized dealer for an appliance. She was just rude again and I mentioned that she was rude. And she verbally attacked me and said some ridiculous comments about her impressions of me and hung up on me! Super dysfunctional and unprofessional. Avoid them if you can. If there was ever a company that needed customer service training, this is it!"
