"Absolutely gorgeous arrangement! I sent it to my girlfriend for her birthday, she can’t stop raving about it’s beauty. Also I am happy about the JLF calling her house first to arrange the delivery, which is so important because of our hot weather! Most flower deliveries just leave them by the door, if the recipient is not home..I used JLF in the past, this store is the only one I would recommend, the prices are high but they are so worth it! And the arrangement lasts for a very long time!"
"This was the best costumer service experience I have ever had. This company went above and beyond what they were required to do. In fact, I was the problem (yes, the customer is not always right). And everyone was kinder and more compassionate than I deserved. I really appreciated the care and thought that went into making sure the recipient and myself felt heard cared about. It was very clear we were not just another “number” or “sale.” The company not only does incredible, art installations, but they are about nurturing relationships and making sure their clients feel well cared for. What started out feeling like I would not want to buy from them again ended in me only wanting to work with them moving forward. Highly Recommend!"
