"Horrible customer service at this location. I've had issues in the past with the manager. He's very unprofessional and not helpful. Not sure why any of his employees would want to give 100% while at work. Today, it was the deli counter. There was one lady working the counter. I walked up and patiently waited while she helped another guy with a chicken order. She acknowledged me and said she'll be right with me. A few minutes later a lady walked up behind him and instead of helping the next customer they both looked at me while she assited the lady and told me "I'll be right there, haven't forgotten about you". I shook my head and just walked away. Guess my kids won't have lunch meat for sandwiches this week. We deal with Albertsons high prices but when you add in the lack of customer service its worth going elsewhere. I'll go up the street to Smiths from now on."

"Everything else is OK except the fried chicken at the deli. It is over fried and the pieces are small (wings, drumstick, thighs). The standards are low as far the quality of the chicken."
"I contacted the buyers regarding three products I wanted; they ordered them for the store and contacted me to let me know they were available. I showed up in the store and without hesitation, a very nice lady assisted me and brought the items from the back because they were not on the floor yet. Thank you!!"
