"This Albertsons was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I got what I needed and was able to check out quickly. They even had baskets where I feel like a lot of stores don't so I truly appreciate that. Cheers."

"I have shopped at the store for about 3 years.. this is not the best Albertsons in Vegas by any stretch. The parking lot is very sketchy at night and not safe. The store is notorious for short shelf life on many fresh products due to this store not being overly busy. That being said I had a very disturbing and very dehumanizing experience at the end of January 2024. I went in to buy a couple of items and I was not feeling well that day( I am disabled/retired) as I was checking out and the male grey haired cashier leaned over the belt to look at the pin pad screen as I am trying to enter my number and debit card,,,and with a demeaning and combative tone asked me why I skipped the store survey and at which time he began to berate and embarrass me in front of other customers for not completing a survey… he was extremely rude and hostile. I said i don’t shop here much and he said why do I come in at all and that I should shop somewhere else.. when I approached the self check out supervisor or whatever she was and I started to tell her the cashier was very rude.. she didn’t even have to turn her head and said.. oh that must have been Jim.. so I said you condone his hostile attitude towards customers?? She had no answer. I went home called their corporate headquarters and then again the store manger and I got nowhere.. the store manager admitted the cashier is a problem and said he would talk to him… this store is horrible, they allow hostile and rude employees to continue to work here. I will never set foot in this Albertsons and they do not deserve your business. It’s bad enough the area this store is in is becoming very unsafe but now going into this store creates a hostile experience for the shopper. Very disturbing and dehumanizing experience I have ever had in my life!!!! I have reached out to Albertsons store on west Ann and their headquarters and they refuse to call me and now this store wants me to call them… no … you have my information and I will not call the store.. Albertsons headquarters has my info and they need to call me,.. when you see all these posts with Albertsons responses that they apologize… trust me they don’t mean it and will continue on as if nothing happened.. there are much better stores to shop in.. take your business elsewhere.. this west Ann store has no respect for its customers!! As you can see Albertsons responded to me reviewing them, however, it is a phony clean up in aisle 1. Management and their headquarters have all my info and I have called them numerous times and to date Albertsons headquarters has not reached out to me.. I do not want to hear from the store because the store has been complicit in hiding the hostile way the Albertsons employees treat the customers. In conclusion they do not want to discuss this with me because they want me to go away!!!!"

"Extremely satisfied with the customer service I received at this location. Three different associates went the extra mile for me today. In one instance, the associate approached me asking if she could assist me in locating something. She told me where to look and said if it wasn't there to let her know and she would check the back for me. Couldn't find the item and she followed through and went to the back and brought me the item I was looking for. Best customer service I have received in a very long time. This store will now be my go to Albertsons even though it means traveling a little further."

"I shop here all the time, the staff are very professional and pleasant to deal with, and the store is always clean. I couldn’t praise Billy enough for the help he gave me during a recent health issue in the store, there are good people there."
