"Came in today to pick up a cake I ordered a week ago. Cake was never made. Picked a new cake and asked to speak to a manager. I asked the manager if he could do anything about the price, and he brought me to the main manager for the night. THAT manager didn’t stop to talk to me but as he walked by, he said “for my trouble” they’d take 20% off. Then when I paid, I asked what am I supposed to do next time since now I don’t have the cake I ordered in the flavor or design I ordered and I’m late to the party I’m going to with the wrong cake. He said he didn’t know and asked who took my order and when I described her, he said he didn’t know that person. It made it seem like I’m in the wrong or that I’m lying, when I am the one who came in with my receipt ready for a cake I ordered a week ago and got the short end of the stick. I should have gotten that stupid cake for free. Came to the party and ate it, and it was dry and flavorless. I won’t be coming back to this store, I’d rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else with better customer service and a better product. Thanks for nothing."

"This store has a couple problems. 1) Kids running bikes and scooters without care past the store doors and almost hitting pedestrians. The store needs security to enforce some safety rules. 2) The parking lot is prone to problems. Isle ways are too narrow for 2 vehicles to safely pass, especially on the ends of the isles. The slanted parking spaces don’t work well with parking. If you need to turn into a space that’s pointed the other way, you are stuck making a 3 point turn. Excessive maneuvering leads to increased risk of accidents. Will update rating when the problems at this location are corrected."

"Wow! Daniel at the bakery made our sons birthday cake and it was amazing. We were so happy with the birthday cake and our son loved it! I highly recommend the Albertsons bakery for all your special occasions!!!"

"This Albertsons is our go-to. I feel like it's a bit smaller than other Vegas Albertsons and they do tend to run out of things quickly during a good sale but it's a minor gripe. The next closest is not very far away at all, but I do prefer this one. Produce and meat departments are usually well stocked with fresh items. We've gotten a couple bad cantaloupe but I think that's less to do with this Albertsons and more to do with outside factors. There are lots of businesses in this plaza and bike riders do park their vehicles and meet here for a weekly ride, so sometimes the parking lot does get very full. The real shining stars of this location is the bakery department. My kids like the grocery store cakes so I've been going that route for years. Over the summer I ordered a cake for my son's birthday but because they didn't currently have Sonic in their theme book, I used a cake topper (bought elsewhere). They asked for colors for the cake, I said royal blue like Sonic the Hedgehog. The person taking the order wrote that information down. I picked up the cake and couldn't believe it - they put little gold Sonic rings on it! Totally exceeding expectations! I thought maybe someone in the bakery department really liked Sonic so they went the extra mile. For my daughter's birthday, they had 'The Child' in their theme book and when it came time to pick a trim color, I just asked if they could get close to the color of the graphic, but nbd if they couldn't. Well look at this gorgeous cake right here - two different colors of green in the border with an assortment of green sprinkles, yellow/green 2-layer writing and some ribbon (non-edible) decoration! They even matched the brown of the tunic and put that on the side of the cake. Never have I gotten a cake from another grocery store that looks anywhere near as special as these. Someone at this Albertsons really enjoys what they do and it shows. The effort, time and creativity is much appreciated."

"My first time going into an Albertsons. I have to say it's a very impressive grocery store. Prices are what they should b. The staff was very friendly and the quality of food is as good as a Whole Food. Till next time"
