So kind and understanding, she whipped up something quick and easy, expressing just the right amount of kindness and gentleness I'd requested in the color choice and arrangement. As it was my first time going to a funeral and that of a beloved family member no less, I will forever remained touched by her customer service and care. Thank you. ❤"

"Gaia Flowers made our wedding day so easy and beautiful! I had reached out over phone/email to arrange getting a bridal bouquet, MOH bouquet, two corsages for mothers, a groom’s boutonniere, a BM boutonniere, and two boutonnieres for fathers. After a short email exchange to provide an idea of the bridal bouquet I wanted and easy payment acceptance over the phone, the only other time we talked with them was when they delivered the flowers to our hotel in Vegas. They took the inspo photos I provided and came away with not only beautiful bouquets but a great cohesive look across all the corsages and boutonnieres. Cannot recommend them enough! (First two photos are what I provided them, with the note to make them just a tad lighter with more pink/peach - the rest are what they delivered!)"

"I lived in Las Vegas for 10 years, and was a big fan of Gaia while I was there. I've since moved away and when I want to send flowers to someone in the Las Vegas metro area, they are always my go-to. I was disappointed recently, however. When sending a Christmas gift to a dear friend, I specifically selected the “designer’s choice” under the “Christmas” option on the menu, and noted that I trusted the designers to do something "festive and fabulous." While the arrangement was indeed lovely, they were not at all what I'd consider "festive" or Christmas-y. It was mostly pastels. While it was a welcome surprise for my friend, it was not what I expected or thought I had specifically asked for. For any other occasion, I wouldn't be bothered. But this was specifically intended to reflect the holidays. I did send an email upon getting a "how did we do" email from them, expressing my disappointment and received no reply at all, and it's now been more than two weeks, so I don't expect one at this point. Disappointing for a $100 spend, for sure. But I got the email asking me to take time to reviews, so I did."
