"First time at the Plaza, not bad. Updated rooms. I wish there were more J-1772 plugs, ended up using the wall outlet at the Cascades building. The parking garage is dusty as usual, same as in the Ridge Pointe. Complaints still didn’t resolve that. Downside of the lockoff studio is when noisy neighbors are next door."
"The newly renovated units are really nice. My only complaint would be the type of light bulbs selected for these units. Interior lighting should always be toward the warm part of the spectrum. Instead the new units in the Plaza building use cooler LED bulbs which, IMHO are more appropriate for work or commercial applications."
"Room was beastly hot due to fireplace being left on. Windows only opened 3-4 inches but heavy curtains blocked air flow. Customer service calls were met with ‘we don’t care’ attitude. Very few employees showed any concern for guests. The employees who were exceptional include: 1-the maintenance workers who came to the room to help with the extreme heat & the non-functioning TV. 2-the front desk lady who checked us in. 3-the Bistro waitress. We would recommend staying elsewhere!"
