"Started my one week stay here in Feb with lots of disappointments. The emergency (fire) alarm went off in the building at 4am and everyone was evacuated. The fire exit was blocked with so you couldn’t even get out of the building the right way if you wanted to, demonstrating that the property doesn’t shovel it’s walkways and clear roads in a timely manner and is in violation of safety codes. The staff never confirmed what the culprit was, it took half an hour for them to tell us to go back to our rooms and the fire department never showed which is strange. Secondly, the building’s hot tub was not functional and there was no signage or anything saying it was out of service or when it would be fixed. Thirdly, for a place that is supposed to have a resort feel, they other than the mentioned, they use the cheapest bathroom products. Fourthly, none of the tv remotes in the rooms work for any of the tv’s, they are different brands and don’t apply to the right tv. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, I wouldn’t recommend this."
