"Hired Tiger shark to clean and keep basic maintenance of pool for convenience. Essentially what they claimed to do on a regular visit and they failed. They didn’t test and treat my salt water pool. They would claim levels were normal but when tested personally learned that was not the case. For weeks straight my pool was only skimmed and vacuumed once. Called the office to ensure what was supposed to be completed on a visit. Once the tech brought in someone else that didn’t look like a tech and they broke my pool skimmer. After paying so much for services that we could have done ourselves, I let them go. Kick myself that I let it go on for so long."
