"I am a first time pool owner and having so many problems with my pool with too little chlorine, high phosphate levels, and much more. I feel like the folks at all pool and spa know me (I go a few times a week). I've purchased small things such as soda ash, shock, chlorine to large items as a new TR-60 sand filter. Next purchase is a UV light to add. I'm tired of all of the chemicals!! But they have great advice and are super friendly!"

He knows what he is talking about and has been so helpful and kind to me. When he checks my water samples, he identifies the nuances of results in a way that I could not.
