"This is the most unfriendly Target in all of Hawaii. All the employees look either sad or mad. They shy away from customers who need help. They never say hello or aloha or good morning or any other greeting. They avoid making eye contact. They rarely ever help you bag your items. Even though it's the closest to the house, I'm just going to the one in Kaneohe from now on."
"Some of the prices are reasonable. They no longer do price matching on island, which is understandable. But the main reason I am giving a negative review is the customer service. Every time I go in there I feel like I am bothering the employees just by being there, asking for help, or making a return. They seem kind of miserable. I hope they are being treated well by the managers or customers, but it doesn’t mean they have to be annoyed with everyone."
"Received item ordered online quickly BUT it is missing an essential piece. Called store to ask what to do and after waiting through many ring tones, I was cut off. Called again twice and was cut off twice more. Guess I’ll have to schlep the large heavy box back to them now. Very poor service."
