"Staff is friendly and positively suggestive about items even within their store. Yes, you pay a little more for a lot of things here, but that's the case in many places. On more than one occasion where I have spent more, they have compensated me without ever asking. They offer 2024 compliant handgun safety courses required for handgun/long rifle permits to acquire as well as compliant CCW courses. **I suggest visiting their website before going in for first timers. There are fees for memberships and range cost helpful if you need it.** They have a firing range with 8-9 lanes (don't quote me on it, but it's more than most), and they even have a window to watch from outside in the store front. They have a restroom for customers with de-lead soap when you're done at the range. The store is conveniently located in Pupupole, Waipahu, but be aware that parking, especially on SUNDAY or class days, are packed. Please be mindful of other people waiting for parking. There are at least two handicap parking stalls, and they do share a parking lot with their neighboring company. The stalls located on the neighboring building (also their training room) are mostly reserved with placards on the wall."

"Great place , they really just give you good advice and other information. They are always willing to help you out any chance they get. I go once a month maybe and have never had a bad time. Will continue to be a member. I also never have to wait for a lane to open. I wish they had a larger selection of rifles to buy but they are also a dealer so, you could just order one, they will tell you to use another dealer to save $$$. Like I said very helpful group of guys there."

It was very informative and we had hands on training on handling, trying out the guns in there indoor firing range. They have a huge assortment to get you started or adding to your collection of guns. All of the sales associates are professional and knowledgeable."

"WORTH THE DRIVE! Took my 17 y.o son here for his first shoot. Staff were helpful and very accommodating, and the RSO was professional and safe without being the "Fun Sheriff". Being ex LE, I know range officers can be a pain sometimes but this guy was a good balance of professional and accommodating. The range is pretty new with a good range of rental firearms, long and short. We hired an AR-15 and a Colt M1911 which were both fun. All the staff working yesterday (April 14) were really cool. Id done my research and pricing is waaay better than in town or anywhere in L.A for that matter. Can't recommended this place highly enough. Great range, great guys."
