"Excellent service from the staff. Comfortable rooms and the in room dryer saved us after getting caught in a monsoon night 1 of our trip. Great amenities and snorkeling nearby. We joined Abound during this trip and are looking forward to traveling more."
"I paid for rooms weeks in advance, then 8 days before my booking my wife came down with COVID. So we cancelled our entire Hawaii trip so as not to infect fellow travelers on airplanes and hotels. The other hotel in Oahu, Turtle Bay, where my medical conference was held, refunded my entire fee as did the airlines. Sheraton did not respect this and has walked away with my entire fee for a 5 day stay."
"We had our honeymoon here and everything was good. The location is convenient to head to the west or east side of the island. Room is clean and the resort ground is nicely kept. The highlight is the concierge Daniel Nenninger, who is very knowledgeable about the island. He gave us many good recommendations for activities and restaurants. He asked all the right questions to understand our taste and preferences while taking the weather into account. We basically followed his recommendations and had a wonderful experience here."
"Great place to stay in Poipu. Perfect location with close access to the beach. Depending on what building you get, you may see the ocean . If not, just walk across the street. Plenty of good places to eat nearby as well."
