"I get my daughter's prescription filled at this pharmacy every month. I switched from CVS on Ann/Decatur ,TERRIBLE PHARMACIST THERE!!! Anywho since I switched over, the entire Smith's Pharmacy staff have been super easy to work with. Customer Service is superb compared to the others. The pharmacists have consistently delivered the best patient care. The staff are always warm when I have issues with my prescriptions."

"I'm so disappointed I was told it was too early to fill my dogs seizure medication but after counting the days from his last refill it has been a total of 36 days therefore my poor dog has suffered 11 seizures last one occurred at 2am this morning. I spoke to John this morning I will be picking up my last refill and never returning to this establishment again. Jennifer was the person I had spoke to last week regarding my dogs medication on the importance of him staying on his routine without any change. Now my dog has cuts and bites from seizing this is unacceptable! 11 seizures he suffered because you failed!"

"This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever used. When my doctor sent over my prescriptions last month I heard nothing from them so I called and they said oh we will have them all done tomorrow by 2. I came the next day I think it was like five or six and they hurried to fill the prescriptions they were supposed to have done hours previously. They told me they wouldn't have one of them until the next day when I was there. So I proceeded to come the next day and they bummbled again about oh we need to process that.come to find our my doctor had sent a third prescription and I guess my insurance doesn't cover it they did not mention it to me at all. The woman on the phone lied and changed her story multiple times and then told me she doesn't control the phone systems. Did not verify my contact info or anything. Awful service and attitudes, will not be back."

"Sha is the laziest and rudest pharmacist I’ve ever met. I came here after leaving the urgent care needing prescriptions and all she could keep repeating was “well we just opened I need at least an hour for all this”. I am cash pay so I gave her my good rx card which gives you discounts on prescriptions which she DID NOT end up applying, leaving me to pay over $80 for an inhaler when it was supposed to be $35. She never even called me to tell me the prescriptions were ready, I had to call her. And she gave my fiancé the wrong OTC medication so I wasn’t even able to take it. Go somewhere else and see someone who actually cares!"

"For days they claimed to not have received my prescription, my doctor resent (twice). Then they casually told me "we're all out, we have no idea when we will have more, oh ance you can't fill it somewhere else . It's unacceptable to treat people this wa, and respond to legitimate concerns with apathy. It's been a bad experience to say the least. I hope they are not treating more people so poorly."
