"The doc and his brother serve as principal professionals. His brother spends the most time with us. They are both thorough and considerate. However, they need to add a telephone function where we could leave a message if we need to cancel appointments or expect them to reply. The main telephone doesn’t have the function to leave a message. So I give 4 stars for communication."

"If I can give NO star I would if you are looking for a doctor skip this one they are SOOOOOOO rude they make u feel uncomfortable they don’t want to help you they will give u the run around don’t trust thm they told me everything was ok come to find out I have a huge cyst on my ovaries after I’ve been telling them I’ve been having stomach pains for this past year they will send me to different doctors that they referred me to I was not able to choose from a list of doctors who I feel comfortable with this facility is a hoax they will try to charge you for everything total waste of your time if you are looking for good health please look elsewhere"

"I've been going to Dr. Adaoag for years and have never had a problem with his office staff till now. I went for my 3 month appointment on February 9. I was 25 minutes early. As I was waiting to be seen the office person asked if my insurance had changed, I said no. She took copies of my insurance anyway. I asked if everything was ok and she said yes. I waited about 15 minutes before I was called to see the doctor. He took my vitals and stepped out of the exam room to record them. The office person came into the exam room and said I owe a copay. I said that I have never paid a copay that what my primary doesn't pay for my secondary pays for. She stood there shrugged her shoulders and stared at me. She never said let me check and I'll get back to you. She just stood there staring at me. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I left without continuing my appointment. I called to have this resolved and as of now I haven't received any return call to resolve this issue. I'm very disappointed that nothing has been done to resolve this situation since I've been going here for years and I really like the doctor."

"Never been to this office but have a friend who has had so many problems with the office and the doctors. This place charges outrageous fees for medical forms to be filled out , they do not even send over medical information requested. The front desk lady has no clue what the hell she is doing. This office has put my friend through so much stress and anxiety. From her experience I would never go to this office. I hope that all who have had bad experience here files a claim with the Nevada Star Medical Board."
