"I had an emergency C-Section on a holiday, so I really had no time or opportunity to research anesthesiologists - I just got who I got since it was a holiday. Well, I happened to get Dr. Jaymin Chang. He scared me to the point of wanting to run out of the hospital and never come back except I knew that would be worse for me than going through with the surgery. He scared me because it's his job to inform me - the patient - of all the possible side effects of what he had to do to make me numb while being awake for a C-Section. I'm giving my experience 5 stars because none of the scary stuff he warned me about actually happened to me. As far as I know it was all very smooth and easy. Also I noticed a lot of the complaints have more to do with billing than actual anesthesia/doctors so I wanted to say that the anesthesia services were awesome for my surgery. I guess I'm lucky because my insurance covered my whole bill, so I didn't have to deal with their billing department at all. If I have another baby I hope I can get Dr. Chang again."

"This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I got service in July, and didn't get a bill until November. They call me being rude, and harassing how the balance needs to be paid in full or they will turn me into collections. Any time I tried to pay the bill online, they refuse and want a payment on the phone. I dont know who the rude jackass on the phone is, so obviously I do not want to give all my bank info to someone. This company needs to learn how to treat people and not act rude, condescending and stop telling people to "stop ignoring their bills""

"To make a long story short there was a dispute with insurance for $220.00 on a bill over $4,000. Finally, the insurance company had said they would resolve it one way or another in two weeks. This company insisted they would not wait 2 more weeks. I do not recommend them Any medical company that refuses to wait for the final insurance company decision does not deserve any business. In addition, the billing manager thought it was humorous as she laughed on the phone regarding this. This company will never lay a hand on me or my family ever again."

"The anesthesiologist determined our son couldn't go through with the operation because he had Hand, Foot and Mouth. This is fine, obviously. Then we were billed for this 5-minute 'evaluation' that was actually made by a different doctor. This should actually be a five-star rating, because I've learned I can now charge for so much as glancing at someone so long as I'm wearing scrubs."
