"Need to add my two cents in here. Received a phone call over a year after a procedure that happened during an emergency hospital stay. Had received one Voicemail prior but was too garbled and mumbled to understand so chalked it up as spam, collector claimed they'd been billing for 9 months already (so 4 months after procedure) AND that insurance had already denied the claim. I asked them to send the bill again as I had not received anything, and now over a month later I still haven't received said "bill" and the insurance said they keep record of denied claims and they never received one from Nevada Anesthesiology Partners. Somebody is lying and since my insurance has paid everyone else from that hospital stay promptly and fairly, I'm not inclined to think it's them. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau if I don't get some form of clarification soon."
"Shady as hell. I got a mysterious bill from them when I didn't approve their services. They were apparently called in by their business partners, Desert Orthopedics, to help with a procedure. The problem is, I had two procedures and somehow the Orthopedics office was able to handle the anesthesia on their own the 2nd time without the exorbitant cost of these "professionals"."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Billed more than TWO YEARS after a proceedure. No communication in between time of service and the bill that I got slammed with. Called to find out what's going on and office staff (I'll reserve her name) was initially friendly and helpful. After several calls and her working with the "finance department", I was offered an adjusted amount and the ability to make monthly payments. I was told not to pay until she sent a revised statement with the payment schedule on it. All seemed well. A month later I receive another statement. The payment was minimally adjusted (not to the level we agreed to), and no payment schedule was indicated. I called and she suddenly had amnesia and I was out of luck, so to speak, because she didn't document ANYTHING we spoke of during those initial calls. BUT I DID. EVERY WORD OF IT - with dates and times... all the details. But, because she neglected to do her professional duty, she refused to accept my detailed documentation, effectively calling me a liar. Too bad so sad for me, apparently. I confirmed I'm still on for the payment schedule we originally agreed to (and reminded her of the details thereof). Yes, was her answer. No further statements arrived, with or without payment schedules, until this week when I get the ol' "your account is past due... pay the full amount or face collections", with the additional statement that if I am unable to pay in full now I should contact their office to - GET THIS - MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS! Looking for a new pain doc, because this is just so so so wrong. Extremely unprofessional."
"I don’t know who the doctor was but apparently was on a surgery of mine. Got a bill and filled it out to pay with a credit card. Received it back with no explanation so didn’t know if it was paid or not. Next month I got another bill so I sent a check in. The third month I got a bill and it talks about being put in collections. Called and only got a message. Left details and now it’s over two hours later and no call back. Incompetent office. 0 if possible"
"I typically write positive reviews for companies or service providers to share my positive experiences. This is not the case with my CURRENT and ongoing experience with Nevada Anesthesiology Partners LLP. Let me be fair and upfront that my concerns/complaints are not related to their clinical practices, but directly related to how they conduct business and have caused me a financial hardship. Though I have more than adequate health insurance coverage, I was required to pay Nevada Anesthesiology Partners just minutes immediately before my procedure. I was later advised by my Insurance that the procedure was in network and there should be No Cost or at most $50 once billed. To date my Insurance company has not received any claims paperwork or billing from Nevada Anesthesiology Partners. My Insurance Provider explain that they cannot address any overpayment as they have not received a claim. I am at a loss and continue to pay my credit card company high interest on a payment that I should not have been charged. I have made numerous calls to Nevada Anesthesiology Partners. Though they are very nice on the phone, they have not taken any action toward addressing my issue. Paying my bills timely is not only important to me, but it costs me money every month they delay. It's been two months so far and starting the third. Doing business with this group has cost me money, I hope it doesn't cost you to do business with them too."
