"not sure if the previous reviews are true or not but there's a few things wrong with how Google Maps has this listed. The pin is placed at a nearby Nevada State Bank and where it's actually located (apparently between Leslie's Pool Supplies & Nevada Music Academy) shows Urgent & Primary Care but then if you look on its outside windows...also Heart & Vasucular Care(?). Yeah, I'd avoid a place that doesn't seem to be able to make up its mind what it does. Next, you'll see that it's also a fully functional recording studio or they might even shoot adult films in there...who knows. The good thing is that their hours seem to be when everyone sane enough to know better is at work so I have no issue avoiding this place."
