"I have been in Las Vegas almost 3 years, and of all the Doctors I have chose to be my primary doctor I had finally found one. Dr. Catherine Ward is the one I can tell that she loves her job. When I first had blood drawn for my physical and she was explaining the results I asked her if she could let me write the results down and she explained to me she has a copy of all my results from the blood work. She ask if you have any questions do you need any refills and I like how she explained to me if there’re is a test she is worried about and will take more test. Then let you know what she found out and if she needs to send me to a specialist. Also, had one of the office workers show me how to set up my account so I could go online to see my results and ask any questions I have. Dr. Catherine Ward is a great doctor, caring, understanding, and caring when it comes to taken care of there patients."

"New patient at this facility. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very friendly atmosphere. I was very pleased with my appointment and very happy to be able to see Dr. Nguyan-Ward she has been taking care of me before. So yes I am glad that I'm able to see her again. I also has lab work done in this facility which I was happy with. I must say having my blood drown was at ease. No bruising. Thank you all for a great experience with the staff's as well. "I had my first appt with Dr. Nguyen-Ward today since she moved from her old office. It was a flawless experience from the moment I entered to the moment I left. The facility was very clean and tidy, not crowded at all. The front desk was very nice and communicative. I didn’t realize I was 1 hour early for my appointment until I handed in my new patient paperwork (which also wasn’t too extensive). I didn’t mind waiting but much to my surprise, I was taken back within 10 minutes. The MA taking my vitals was also very nice. Simple process. Shortly after that, Dr. Nguyen-Ward came in and was very kind and thorough as usual. The check out process was easy and straight forward. Dr. Nguyen-Ward continues to be very attentive to detail, listens to my needs and gives me the advice I need to lead a better lifestyle. Not to mention, she was right on time as usual, but in my case today, early. Thanks for continuing to take care of me and my family Dr. Ward!!"
