"The place was very clean, nice people but I walked out kinda unhappy I was dealing with allergies and they gave me the same eye drops that I had already been taking didn't offer anything for the skin around my eyes to soothe them not a Benadryl shot. I felt like I wasted my time and money. They ask if I had a covid shot which they don't ask if I had a chicken pox shot etc. I thought we were over this whole COVID 19 thing that was created in another country. I want to just say there were two other people who also were just told to take over the counter medicine which leads me to think they don't want to help people with pain, infections etc. I think from now on I will just go to a hospital ER because I don't see where these Urgent care do anything for people anymore. I had the samthing happen at one of their competitors as well, I understand sometimes hospital ER rooms can have a wait time however these urgent care ER places don't want to help anyone I doubt they will even give out antibiotics. It's like they are afraid to touch people to really examine the patient nor prescribe medication. I don't know if America doesn't have medicines anymore or what. I just wasn't impressed"

"It was my first time being in this ER with my 2 yr old baby. The customer service was excellent from the beginning to the end it. The front desk personnel, nurses, PA, insurance personnel, and the X-ray tech was professional and gave concern about my baby. The service was fast and they had a room with kids design and we could watch cartoon on the television helped me calm my baby while I wait in the room. I loved it!!!!!"
