"( Edited after reply) I went through their testing over a year ago& for whatever, unknown reason- the results are STILL not at my Neurologist's office. His staff actually reached out to ME, to ask for the results because they got no reply.. This should be a simple, basic step, not Mission Impossible."
"Staci Ross didn't even administer the test to me , and somehow she made a decision about me basically calling me a fake and a liar. Going to get in touch with the WMA and complain about her business practices. Plus, her office screens their calls, and won't even return my messages. What a scam!!"
"they don't care here. When I showed up for my evaluation I was put in a sterile white room with wires coming out of the wall and a plastic folding table to wait 30 minutes for the doctor who was late getting to the office. about 20 times they asked me if I was suicidal. I had a stroke, I didn't try to kill myself! I felt like I was in a mental institute. months later I was hoping for a referral to someone who might be able to help me by actually providing care. Over 2 weeks and 2 voicemails later and multiple other tries to call the office. nobody ever answers the phone or returns your call. It feels like she has abandoned me as a patient. DON'T GO HERE! You can do better"
"I am very surprised that this doctor would be receiving, even 1, good review, due to the fact that I did my homework on this doctor, unfortunately after, our family member saw her and other doctors in her field of practice had negative views about her. Please save your money and do not rely on her to receive professional and heartfelt help. Dr. Ross needs to spend more time with her patients and she should not have her patients have to take tests when they are already having problems in the first place. BAD EXPERIENCE, BAD Doctor. Cold and heartless"
