John's Incredible Pizza - Las Vegas

"Was here for over a year every wednesday with son (1 year old). He likes the food and to play. But today we got here and half of the food is not available because they decided to say half of the menu is not a lunch item anymore. But i still had to pay the same amount for half of the food available. Donuts are a dinner item? Mashpotato is not a lunch item and only dinner? Pasta sauces are divided in lunch and dinner? Never heard that one sauce is for lunch or dinner only, and i work in a restaurant. Half of the pizzas are not available. I made some pictures to show how empty it is. And again, paying the same amount like every week before at the same time of the day with all the items available. The food quality didnt get better. Cookies not fully baked. Food mostly cold. Health departement will get informed to check up on this place. The high chairs for my son i have to clean on my own because some chairs have dried food leftovers sticking on it. Its sad for my son and myself that we cant go here anymore. Cant even just use the arcade without paying for entry. We use to love this place and the food they had for lunch. Poor managment decision to save a couple bucks. And if they dont wanna serve the food at the time, than dont even open for those hours and save more money. Other people that were there complained about the same thing. Change it back or shut it down. Those are the options you have."

"I took my grandson here for an afternoon out. The check in was easy with the help of Bianca, what a great lady. We play the games and rode the bumper cars. Just a great time! The food was ok. The utisels seemed dirty and the ice cream machines were dirty. We ate in one of the rooms. Some of the tables were dirty with dishes stacked on them. There was food on the floor as well. We decided to switch to another room, sports room, and that was in the same condition. If John's takes a little for care with the food section this would be an amazing place to hang out."

"The pizza and desserts are good ! The other things..not so much. But the ambiance is great. Alot of place to sit and alot of cool games. Definitely would go back!"

"Two adults and two kids came out to right under $100. plus a $35 play card both times I visited. The first day was at night time during dinner. Everything was out of food. It was barely put back on the shelves. Due to it was taken so quickly from all the people. Ice was out, no chicken. Lots of games were broken. The second time we went. This was around 3pm. No chicken again, out of cups, none of the Icees working, all the card kiosks were offline or not turned on, no one at the counter for redeem tickets, mountain of ice cream at the ice cream dispenser from kids just turning it on and letting it flow. have to say I have given up on this place, and I will not go be going back"

"The food is what you would expect for Buffett Pizza. The pizza wasn't that bad, just not a big selection. The pasta was sitting in water and very soft. The salad bar did have a decent selection. The potato soup was really good..... The desert section was run over by an army of hungry kids and there was nothing really there. The ice cream machine was broken. We apparently went when not many people were here.... At 6pm. Not bad for the price, just don't have high expectations."
