"The level of incompetence with the customer support is unreal. I’ve never seen so much human error just in data entry for applications in my life. The amount of time spent on the phone just to correct grammatical errors is unreal and still after carefully explaining things nothing gets resolved properly. The departments aren’t connected either so everything is an email to someone who doesn’t understand what needs to be fixed. It’s no wonder that people have to pay lawyers 5k just for a couple applications to be filled out because the amount of trouble that they have to go through is astronomical."
