"Great staff, business, family, and pet friendly. Indoor pool that is open until midnight. There is a hot tub, too. Free hot breakfast for all guests. There is a pet fee of $75 per pet, which is kinda steep when you have 2 small dogs."
"Good, clean hotel. Location is out of the busy part of town and quiet. The hotel appeared to be undergoing a bit of maintenance with the hot tub out of service and several ceiling tiles missing in the common areas, but no noisy work was going on. Front desk service was friendly. Breakfast was your typical warm breakfast. Overall a good hotel."
"This is a very functional hotel for the business traveler. My room was clean, quiet, well appointed. The bed was firm and comfortable. I didn't need the mini kitchen but it was nice to have. Reminded me of my apartment when I lived in NYC. :) The location is great if you are in Reno for business (within 10 minutes drive of everything). The only knock against the hotel was the complimentary breakfast. The coffee was OK and abundant (which was nice) but the food left a lot to be desired."
"We often stay at Hilton hotels and have high expectations. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. The lady that worked the evening shift always welcomed us back and asked about our day. The whole hotel is very clean and jacuzzi is amazing! The fitness room had great equipment and free water bottles and refill stations are nice too. The area is safe and easy to access, we had no issues at all. This is by far one of our top hotel stays!"
