"Hilton's timeshare solicitation is persistent! He approaches me with a face similar to that of a LeaLea staff member, offering advice about tours. A middle-aged woman wearing a Hawaiian-style dress, similar to the staff at LeaLea, was very persistent at the Hilton real estate sales office. Moreover, the information they gave me was different. It's impossible for me to waste my precious time in Hawaii for just $150, and it's just unpleasant. HIS probably allows solicitation in the lounge because they have some backlog, but I think it's unkind of them to not make it known that they are not their own staff. People using the lounge It's almost impossible for a real LeaLea staff member to approach you. The person you are talking to is a real estate agent from Hilton and Aulani, so please decline immediately. Drink service, toilets, lockers, etc. are very appreciated services for those participating in the tour. Some lockers may be broken and cannot be locked."

"If you apply for his tour, you will be taken to this lounge first after arriving in Honolulu from the airport. It's nice that you can get free drinks and make tour reservations, but Hilton staff are always on hand to give you a $150 debit card and forcefully ask you to come see a timeshare model room. The first thing I do when I arrive in Honolulu is this sales pitch, which makes me feel very depressed. I had heard that the Hilton tour was 120 minutes, but in reality I was detained for about 3 hours, which was a shame because half a day of my stay in Hawaii was wasted. Also, for $150, they couldn't give me any reason, such as the server being down. Instead, I was told to create a member point account here and contact Hilton customer service because they would give me 50,000 mysterious points called Hilton Owner's Points. I don't want to stay at a Hilton again, either in Japan or abroad, and I have no interest in it, so I think this time was a good social study. It was difficult to use the lounge considering there were Hilton staff, so in the end I only used it on the day of arrival. It was so unpleasant that I don't want to go to a city with his lounge in the future."

"This was my first tour to use Lea Lea Lounge. Anyway, the location is good and the lounge is stylish and clean. Free drinks range from Lion Coffee to soft drinks, so we stopped by before getting on the trolley bus or while shopping. When it rains, they even lend you cute umbrellas, which is an excellent service. More than that, all the staff were wonderful, kind and polite. I was very satisfied with the hotel room as they seemed to have given my request, but there was a water problem on the first day and the next day They negotiated hard with the hotel on our behalf, but as a result we had to move rooms and when we arrived at the hotel a little early from shopping at Ala Moana. I was surprised, grateful, and moved when Lea Lea was waiting in the lobby first. Afterwards, they went with me to check out my new room and move my luggage, which was a great consideration. Actually, in my room on the first day, the shower suddenly turned to water and I was feeling a little blue after experiencing the freezing cold in Hawaii. Lealea's response saved my heart. We went on a trip to celebrate our 60th birthday with friends, and it became a good memory of the trip. We conquered 8 courses with the best courses, including unlimited rides on the LeaLea trolley bus. Every course had stops at key points for short periods of time, just enough to take photos, and the windowless view was a perfect way to enjoy Hawaii to the fullest. This was my first time riding a trolley bus other than the Pink Line after my 20th trip to Hawaii, and I was so impressed by how good it was that I felt like it was a waste not to ride it before (lol). Nothing to say! Thank you very much for your hard work, Mr. Toshida from Learea. I had a great time thanks to you. I look forward to seeing you again."

"I think there is room for reconsideration of Hilton's timeshare solicitation at HIS. The person who took care of me at the lounge was a wonderful staff member. I was invited to the Hilton because I could get $150 just by going to a room, but I flatly declined and said, ``I can't buy it.'' When I visited on the day, I was met with a strong push for a timeshare real estate property. The cheapest real estate price is 2.4 million yen, and the management fee is about 200,000 yen, and you can stay there for several days a year. The Hilton Group owns properties all over the world, and I was told that the points earned by owning a property can be used to stay at other properties. I asked if I could stay there, but they said I couldn't see it and declined. I was almost forced to take out a high-interest loan worth several million yen on the same day. I explained my life plan and declined the offer, but then a woman who claimed to be in charge of surveys appeared and forcefully recommended a trial plan for non-purchasers. When I refused, his attitude changed completely and I was treated very coldly. If you look at how the organization is divided by role, it may simply be a problem with the evaluation system, or perhaps the individual is not good at their job. I was disappointed because they just told me to take the $150 I was looking for and go home. My wife and I were both extremely disappointed. I don't really want to write a review like this, but I wrote it because I wanted to warn people and because I was disappointed because it greatly damaged my image of Hawaii. However, I ended up receiving a $150 debit, so I am grateful. In that respect, I have received compensation, so I will write this as a fair review. If you cannot refuse, please be careful, and I would like to inform HIS that this will be a factor in lowering the quality of service. On the other hand, the level of the staff who invited me to HIS was very high, and I am grateful for the opportunity."

"Lea Lea bus driver doesn't know how to drive! He was in bike lane before making Right turn, turn without turn signal while cyclists were coming up. He didn't even check the bike lane and made turn just in front of the cyclists. We were watching his head. He NEVER even know there were cyclists! Lea Lea needs to give better training!"
