"This store doesn't honor their warranties. We spent 1200 on a mattress and the protective cover that Jack recommended. 2 years into having this mattress, it failed miserably. We provided pictures for proof of craftsmanship failure, Jack stop responding. We even had a 10 year warranty. Definitely a terrible experience. Don't even deserve a 1 star but, I have to put something."

"We just moved to Reno from Florida after a 3000 mile road trip. We wanted something to sleep on after 4 days of driving. We considered amazon mattresses and thought about going to a few other mattress stores. Last minute I looked up places to go and stumbled upon here. We showed up and Jack was super friendly and personable right off the bat. Customer service was top tier. He gave us a few options and we picked our mattress. Not having a way to bring a King back to our apartment, he said he could deliver it on his way out to a softball game after business hours, and he did just that. All business aside, Jack's personality gave us a great first impression of Reno, he could seriously sell us anything. Highly recommend before you spend top dollar elsewhere!"

Very fair price for same day delivery! (We paid at 2 the mattress was in our bedroom by 4). Easiest process I could of imagined! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Reno for a mattress!"
