"Working with Dr. Kutner was not at all a good experience. My wife and I went there to complete a psychological evaluation for our adoption paper work. He did not follow the instructions as sent by our adoption agency and instead wrote something else entirely. His initial report could only described as negative extrapolation. Eventually we got it worked out and he did in fact recommend us for our adoption but not without first requesting more money on top of our originally agreed upon price of $1800. He said the additional payment was required because of the additional work he had to do. However, he never would have had to do this additional work had he read the instructions from our adoption agency which were provided to him in the first place."
