"I don't feel safe in a place that tells you that you have a problem and then makes you believe that you imagined it, and I never saw the doctor in my 8th week of pregnancy, only his assistant, but they charge you as if you saw the doctor"

"I’ve gone here a few times over the past 5 years. Experience as a patient was okay. I had routine exams and family planning here with one of their nurse practitioners who was friendly and answered all my questions and provided a decent level of care. Appointments sometimes started late and I had some admin headaches with them, but that’s something I am used to with our American healthcare system unfortunately. Somehow I am no longer able to reach them via phone. I have an out of state area code and when I call this location, it says “the number you are calling cannot be reached from your calling area.” Super strange. Supposedly they are open till 6:30pm. Other than calling the only option I have is to use the cr*ppy Healow app for scheduling my annual visit. Took me several attempts in this app to even try to get past the onboarding. Maybe it’s time for me to find a new provider. The WHASN Central location seems to be much more available and responsive at least."

"My mother went to this doctor after waiting for a month to se Dr. Glassman to get a DC procedure done. He supposedly sent the pain prescription to the pharmacy and when my mother went to pick it up she was told she didn't have any prescription. After 2 weeks she was told to make another appointment to see Dr. Glassman so that he could discuss her test results and he had an interpreter tell her she has an aggressive cervical cancer they never told her how aggressive it was what stage it was no information at all beside that it was an aggressive cancer. Then they made an appointment with an oncologist that my mother is to see in a month you would think that if it's an agreessive cancer it needs priority right. So we ask her if the doctor gave her anything stating her condition because she doesn't speak English and we thought that may be she didn't understand what the doctor had told her so we go to Doctor Glassman' practice to ask for the pathologist diagnostic report and we are told that the pathologist verbally told Dr. Glassman that my mother had cancer and that the pathologists hadn't written the report yet and that it would take 3 days for my mother to get the pathologists report. Can I even call this people doctors how is their practice still in business Mrs. Glassman and his pathologist should get reported to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners in Reno they both are negligent they have no sense of duty, cause and they don't care that patients will ger harmed due to their negligence and the lack of prioritizing a cancer patient. They only care to collect insurance money and co-pays but they do their job very poorly I will be reporting them so that this sutuation doesn't happen to nobody else's family member."

"My original review was probably deleted by them. DO NOT GO TO DR GLASSMAN. Front desk will fight w you ESPECIALLY if you’re transfolk. “You don’t have an appointment” is what you’d be greeted with. Dr Glassman didn’t hear any of my concerns regarding my pelvic pains. They were so excruciating that I knew I needed surgery but all he kept saying was “your scans are fine and normal and there’s nothing i can do for you”. Really great customer/ healthcare provider service,,, NOT. save yourself so much grief. this place didn’t even put me into a room to go over my results. he made me sit in the hallway where all the other patients waiting in rooms could hear my entire conversation. Disrespectful and such a violation to my rights of privacy. Violating HIPPA stating my name and other medical information loud and clear for the other patients in the rooms, going over my complete work up without using any autonomy for my privacy."

"Dr. glassman delivered my baby and i will say this, he did a great job DELIVERING my baby but the past 9 months with him and his staff were miserable. i hated going to my appointments but i didnt want to switch drs almost half way into my pregnancy. they staff was very rude and he is just a creepy dr. makes very strange comment. the worst part truly was my labor expierence and postpartum. i was in so much pain and my epidural wasnt working yet and he tried to check my cervix even tho they had just checked it not even 30 mins prior and it was an excruciating pain wheb they did so i told him no and he got upset and tried to force my legs open and then took his gloves off and just walked out the door. a nurse came back in to let me know the dr had left the hospital and wouldnt be returning for awhile. i didnt see him until i was getting ready to start pushing. During my postpartum appointment i literally heard him say that he would not see me because of my attitude durinf labor and instead to have a nurse see me. extremely unprofessional as he was outside the door of the room i was waiting in. Point is, do not go to this clinic. go somewhere where they actually care about you and your baby."
