"My biggest complaint about this place is the long waiting period at the lobby. They tell you to arrive early due to construction. My appointment is usually at 8:30am, I usually arrive at 8:10am. This is to make sure I have time to park, walk, and provide a urine sample. For the past 3 weeks, I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes at the lobby. When I asked my doctor, she says I’m her first patient at 8:30am so we are both waiting for front office staff to get their act together. I don’t believe the doctors are at fault here, just incompetent front office. Don’t take early appointments, sleep in instead. Don’t waste 35 minutes waiting at the lobby. Other than that, my doctor is great! Update: Came back two weeks later and this time had to wait 40 minutes at the lobby! What a horrible experience especially when I’m due next week. Then after they check your weight and BP (and waiting 40 minutes), I waited again for another 10-15 minutes to be seen by a doctor. They absolutely don’t value your time. I don’t know why this office is so inefficient. Just because we are patients doesn’t mean our time isn’t valuable. Total waiting time, not having any face to face with a person, after the check-in at lobby was 1 hour long!!!!"

"Absolutely terrible. Inserted my birth control incorrectly, no other doctor will touch it. Drove 4 hours from California to get it taken out, went to the wrong building because I googled the doctor and the wrong address was listed. By the time I found the correct building and made it into the office I was 6 minutes late, the lady at the front was short and rude when I explained to her the mix up. She checked me in then I sat and waited. About 10 minutes passed and she said sorry she can't see you because you were late. I said I understand but as I explained her the info is incorrect when you search the doctor. She said well it's updated on our system you should have called. Which I did and couldn't get through to a person. As a single mom this made for a terrible day, I had to take off work, get a sitter because they don't allow anyone in with you, drive 4 hours one way because 5 other doctors in California won't touch it. Seriously the worst. Do not look up your doctor apparently!"

"The doctor is good but I don't think I will come here again. The admin side of the clinic is a nightnare. The check in process, the app, the appointments,..etc need a lot of improvement"
