"I switched to Dr. Reynolds from another OB/GYN that I had a bad experience with for my first delivery. When I got pregnant with my second child I knew I did not want to go back to my previous doctor and did a little research and found Dr. Reynolds. Appointments are hard to get on short notice but worth the wait. The office is clean and pleasant to wait in. There are comfortable chairs, TV, a small corner for kids with a fishtank, TV and some toys. The wait was never more than 10-15 min after my appointment time if they were backed up. Dr. Reynolds is always smiling, always very friendly and seemed very caring and knowledgeable about me and my individual pregnancy wants and needs. She was quick and efficient, but I never felt rushed. When she is booked up, the other two people you can see are just as pleasant. My labor came quick and aggressive and before I knew it I was shuffling into the hospital ready to give birth around 6pm one night. The whole hour is fuzzy but Dr. Reynolds showed up, they got me a very quick, last second epidural and she delivered the baby an hour after I walked in!"
