"0 stars if possible, took me months to get an appt and when I finally got my appt got there earlier to do paperwork because they told me it didn’t save when I did it online, got there and did it all again in the tablet, waited a reasonable time in the lobby, they called me back and leave me there in the room for 40 minutos, naked and cold because I was supposed to do a pap, I just got out and told them to cancel my appt. They overbooked patients and don’t respect the appt time."

"If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. For starters, there’s a huge lack of effort in this facility. Everybody is barely doing their jobs. No one communicates thoroughly at all and all concerns are swept under the rug as if they’re nothing. I am now 34 weeks pregnant and didn’t even get my glucose testing done til I was about 31 weeks & it was only because I asked about it that they even gave me the test. Had I not asked, I’d probably still have no glucose test done. There’s also been an instance where the test that were requested by the doctor were not preformed by the laboratory for whatever reason. I now have results that are concerning me & am unable to set an appointment. When I reached out to them for an appointment, they asked me if I could take an appointment that was about 45 minutes away from my house. I let them know I wouldn’t be able to make that one and asked if there was any other availability. They proceeded to set that appointment anyway and ignore me. Also, I don’t really see the point in setting appointments when you have to wait an hour and a half after your appointment time to be seen by a doctor anyway. They’ve been very hands off during my entire pregnancy and It makes me uneasy as I was high risk. Let’s not forget to mention that I can’t even choose which doctor at this facility delivers my baby according to them. If it weren’t too late to switch doctors, I definitely would. That being said, If you’re looking into becoming a patient here, don’t!"

"I'm not sure what has happened in the past year. This is the first time I have them care for my pregnancy. I understand they are busy, but I have never felt so ignored and pushed aside. I had worries due to new physical stress at work and I asked to be checked. That was ignored, labs have been done and nothing has been reviewed with me. They even forgot about me waiting to get labs done for over an hour. I had an ultrasounds done and that was never sent to me (the gender) and well formed body parts that I would love to review and enjoy. I asked the tech about it she said she hasn't sent it, but she will it's now 4pm and the office is closed. I have not received it. The office is closed, phone line said closed since 3 pm. I see a different doctor every time I go. I will seek better care next time. This place has to get it together."

"My honest recommendation is to avoid this place, and I have multiple reasons for that: - They mess up with your test samples and then charge for revisit (even though the mistake was on their part!). - They don’t send you test results. - They make you wait for 1,5 - 2,5 hours every time, even though you have an appointment. - They don't answer the phone. - They don't send instructions before visit (and for me it was an issue with ultrasound) - They scheduled a followup with the doctor after the ultrasound without telling me. Doctor just read my results from the paper (the visit wasn’t longer than 2 minutes) and they charged me $50 for that. - People are rude here. - Ultrasound technician asked me to undress in the restroom. - I told about some of these issues on the frontdesk and the receptionist didn’t react to this. She just hasn't said anything. It was my last time here. If I could give them zero stars, I would."

"Dr Strebel has been my doctor for 17 years. Delivered 2 babies and did my hysterectomy. Now it appears I may have to find a new doctor for myself and the child he delivered 16 years ago who is also now seeing the NP there. They used to be very professional at this office. Now the staff treats patients poorly. Nobody is on the same page. And they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. Each person to text you says something different. Recently it took 8 months to get someone to answer the phone and make an appointment for my daughter to change birth control. Now I went in for an exam and was told I would get a call in 3 days. It’s been a month of the run around via text and nobody actually answering the phones. Now today 27 days later, someone over text tells me I need to make an appointment. Why after all this time are they just now saying this to me? I love Dr Strebel and the NP Theresa but dealing with their office staff has been a horrible experience over the last 2 years."
