"I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this office. Although my visit with Laura was satisfactory, the overall professionalism of the office fell short. As the last appointment of the day, I felt rushed and was not provided with the necessary referral papers, forcing me to return for blood work in their office. To make matters worse, the requested blood work couldn't be located initially, resulting in an extended process. It took a whole week to receive my results, only to discover they had tested me for something entirely different from the purpose of my visit. Despite being on my period during the blood work, as per the physician's request they assured me that I am not pregnant. What a joke! The lack of communication is particularly distressing; I had to initiate contact multiple times, and each time I felt misled. This negligence and misinformation have left me frustrated and disappointed. I cannot recommend this office due to their apparent lack of competence and professionalism."

I never felt rushed during my appointments. His attentiveness puts your mind at ease and he assures you that he will have a solution to your problem. The office staff have always been professional, friendly, and helpful. Erica and Marni, in particular, played a significant role in assisting me throughout this time. I also had my glucose tolerance tests done at this office, and although I have unfortunately forgotten the phlebotomist's name, I must commend her caring approach."
