"Agent doesn’t return calls as I was set to renew my policy and gave her numerous calls to discuss my policy before renewing it, as this year I was surprised why my premium went 142% higher than 2022. Last year also made several numerous calls to which she only responded on the last day of my renewal. I was supposed to change her already but gave her another year but this year decided to change already as she doesnt respond back to calls nor emails!"
