"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Extended Stay America in Las Vegas, where Terry Rodriguez oversees a team of exceptionally trained front desk staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and courtesy, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. Despite encountering some minor hiccups during check-in and arrival, the staff demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Terry Rodriguez's leadership shines through in the impeccable service provided by her team. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made this stay truly memorable. Without a doubt, Extended Stay America Las Vegas has earned its place as the best accommodation I've experienced in the city."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS I really wish there was a 0 star option. The room was absolutely filthy. The first room they gave us was a double with dirt and rocks and trash inside the sheets. While it was made "nicely" everything in the room was just disgusting and unclean. They then gave us a second room. This second room was even worse. The sheets were also gross and it smelled of smokers and drugs. This entire complex is filled with junkies and America's lowest class. It's definitely the epicenter of the unemployed and filth of las Vegas. They offered to give us a refund in return for not staying. I have called 5+ times and have heard nothing. They keep hanging up on me whenever I ask for the manager. This place was absolutely disgusting and is just not safe. The one redeeming factor was the front desk staff was nice when I went to talk to them. But as I said this cannot make up for the horrible hotel."

"Good parts of our stay: front desk worker DJ helped to check us in and he was the sweetest to me and my kids! Check in was a breeze with him. He gave us suggestions on what to see on our weekend in Vegas. Housekeeping was also very sweet. They helped us when we couldn’t open our door the first time we got there. Bad parts: the room smelled very strongly of smoke/cigarettes. We kept the AC on and window open to air out room. Bath tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the bed sheets on the king sized bed had a stain. Luckily we had blankets that we could put over the sheets. Tried our best not to complain . The location of the hotel really wasn’t bad at all. There’s a chick fil an and a walgreens. Also near many gas stations and coffee shops. The traffic wasn’t too bad in this area. The stay overall wasn’t bad. I’d give it a 7/10. Good stay if you’re trying to save money but also remember that you get what you pay for lol."

"Upon arrival, the 2 wonderful people at the front desk. Dennis and Dianna were absolutely amazing. The king sweet that I had reserved was full but they upgraded me to a wonderful two bedroom. I do work for the company in Denver Colorado, and I have to say this is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. There was another woman that came in around 5 PM that I don't know her name, long hair. She was also very pleasant and helped me out with everything that I needed and asked for. If I ever come back to Vegas, I would absolutely stay here again."

"Was told I had to go to the office just to swap out towels. Even though I was there 6 days. When I extended my stay, thru a company who uses them a lot, the mgr was rude. Until she needed my signature for payment to extend the stay. If it wasn't for the night mgr/lady, this place was not that great. The room I had was basically a one bedroom/one bath studio place. Was roomy but it wasn't cleaned when I got in. One of the drawers was full of junk. Shower wasn't cleaned. Only a couple of towels. Asked to be around the pool, but got stuck in the back. Showed up early and told to come back after 330pm. It was 245pm. Came back 20 min. Later and she gave 2 other people pool rooms. Just not worth the effort here"
