"Straight up if anyone is reading, this place is an all out great place to stay. The only downside to this neighborhood is the constant jets flying over head since this neighborhood is located near the Air Force base. Other than that, if you need any help the staff is very quick in responding to your needs and all very respectful. If you see all those old reviews, I promise you they are all exaggerating ALOT.. The front desk lady is very respectful and super professional! She honestly goes above and beyond her limits to help you out as much as she possibly can. Ive been here for about 2 years or so and I've had no issues at all anywhere. In my opinion these higher ups really need to promote her or make her the employee of the month. Heck id say employee of the year at this point she's truly great!"

"I read a lot of bad reviews about this place and they are all true. The front desk people were friendly. I haven't been here one night yet and I want to leave. The smell in this room is potent, Glade plug ins do it no justice. I went to work and came back to see roaches damn near the size of my pinkie finger. The TV is from the 90's with no modern hook ups. No wifi. I paid for two weeks already so I'm stuck here. I cant even unpack my things. I'm going to sleep with my clothes on. This room is definitely the worst room I've ever paid my hard earned money for. The stove gave you an electrical shock whenever you touched it. The freezer didn't work it couldn't even freeze a bottled water. The shower leaked like crazy all over the place if you ran bath water. The toilet started leaking constantly if you sat on it. The smell of that room stuck with my belongings far after i left. I told them i saw roaches in my room and they told me to buy some Raid. Man that place was terrible."

"This is a horrible place to stay, from the shady people and the drugs. Definitely not family friendly. The buildings are infested with cock roaches and are very run down. The doors appear to be kicked in and is it horribly scary. They have no security they are located In a very undesirable Neighborhood. The office staff is not professional and do not listen when there is a problem. I had a car vandalized on their property because they have no security. And they said it was not their concern. If you view the photos I have posted you can see how the entire building is in disrepair, shingles blowing off and hitting parked cars, along with Windows, not to mention the pool area is filthy with broken locks on the gates. The appliances are from the 70,s and barely work. Please save yourself some aggravation and stay somewhere else. The only compliment I have for this property is their Maintenance Staff. They are wonderful. My advice is stay away from Siegel Suites. They are a horrible to do business with, just read all the other reviews."
