"Mark in the pharmacy was incredibly rude and degrading to me. It made me very uncomfortable to get vaccines by him after the way he talked to me. I didn’t hear him ask me a question and he took it personally when I didn’t answer and made multiple comments. It’s one thing if you’re having a bad day, but don’t take it out on customers especially being a medical professional who is about to give me care. He tried to make light of it during the actual shots, but I won’t be coming back."

"I had severe food poisoning and went to this CVS to find some medication. The girl at the clinic clearly tells that I’m in pain and came to help me even though I didn’t ask. She recommended going to urgent care, and correctly predicted that OTC medication won’t help my symptoms. She was very knowledgeable and tells me exactly what medication I needed, which matched what I got prescribed later at urgent care. Thanks to her help I didn’t waste time looking for OTC medication. The situation could be much worse if she didn’t convince me to go to urgent care. To her: I don’t know if you look at these reviews but thank you so much for going out of your way to help a stranger!"

"This might be the worst run CVS in the United States. The pharmacy is so unbelievably poorly run with incorrectly posted hours, pharmacists coming back late from lunch (which isn't posted), and prescriptions not being filled 24hrs+ after they're sent. If you complain, the pharmacists will actually swear at you. The cashiers aren't much better. While friendly enough, they're lethargic, confused, and seemingly in a perpetual state of training. The other one star reviews are not kidding. There should be a number to call to complain. Perhaps they're short staffed currently, but the length of 1 star reviews seems to say that this isn't a recent issue. But yes. They have the items you'd expect, including alcohol and some groceries. For the most part."
