"I was in this store last month, there seemed to be only one employee actually working, she seemed a little overwhelmed, because the store was incredibly busy. She definitely handled it well. She was very pleasant and helpful. Her name was Rachel, which I remember, because it’s my daughter’s name. She deserves a raise in my opinion, she was amazing, dealing with all the customers she was dealing with. But she dealt with each one in a positive friendly way. I personally think there should have been more staff, I’m not positive there wasn’t, but she was the only one dealing with customers."
