"I recently had an exceptional experience with State Farm. Once I placed a claim online I was able I was able to choose a partnered repair shop. I went in for an estimate, but the repair shop advised me that I had to call State Farm continue the process. I called State Farm and was bounced back to the repair shop for the estimate. Back and forth I went a couple of times, until I spoke to Erin. She called the repair shop directly and when they didn’t reply, she called back again until she spoke to someone and received the estimate. My claim is finally processed!
