"I have been getting our family Olukai's here since Coconene opened in the Kahala Mall. Most recently, one of our shoes was defective and we did not opt for a printed receipt at purchase. They don't voluntarily email receipts. I was after proof of purchase with Olukai for their 1-year warranty program. Well, Mirzeli went above and beyond to find my receipt in the archives!! "Cutest shop supporting local artisans. The Longboard Letter station was the perfect souvenir stop with fully customizable signs. Names/letters, picture frames, clocks and endless aloha vibes! Kid-friendly with wooden designs. High quality heat-printed wood. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back! We let the kids make their own signs to bring home for their desks. They also carry a huge in-store display/array of OluKai sandals and Birkenstocks!"
"This is such a fun store! The people working here will help you come up with creative designs with their wood cutouts. We came up with so many neat options! They are so helpful and enthusiastic. Wall decorations, stand up displays, kid's wall art, etc. You use only their products OR add to your own crafts. This is great for decorations in your house whether you are a local or tourist."
