"We have bought Cariloha towels and sheets in the past and love them. We tried out the mattress in the store and it feels so comfortable and luxurious. Peighton helped us with the purchase of a new mattress at the Kaanapali store. She was so knowledgeable. We can’t wait until our new mattress is delivered."

"Dishonest company with a rude customer service dept. For the last ~1mo, they keep telling me my mattress will arrive any day/by end of day, etc. It never arrives and have now filed a complaint with BBB and may have to call an attorney (to either get my order or a refund). This is theft! DO NOT BUY - products are also made in China. You can find a better option - trust me! Oh and we ordered our set while in Maui- what you don't know is that once you leave the store, you get to deal with the worst part of Cariloha (customer service)."

The selections of sheets they have are beautiful! She helped me find the set I wanted. When I couldn’t find it in store, she ordered it for me online! I’ll definitely visit this location again!!:)"

"Amazing find in Lahaina, Maui! I purchased bamboo bedding and bath towels in a resort bundle. I love the color selections. The young lady helping me, Bella was excellent and very knowledgeable. I was actually surprised by how comfortable the bamboo fabric is. Additionally, I learned how my purchase makes a positive impact on the environment. I got free shipping to my house too."

"OK I have to write this review because Elle At the Maui store on front Street was absolutely freaking amazing !!!!! She was helpful from the get go- very open and very honest & so very genuinely personable (we call her our adopted daughter now) we actually have a common vacation spot & such a bond already-she’s a doll !!! We truly appreciated her candor and forthright attitude with us . We were unsure about our bedframe size so we needed to come home and measure it- she guaranteed we would still get the same price - as in store at that moment! My husband was on the fence for about a month after we got back and still she honored her price, she has been amazing since day one!!!! The Cariloha company has an absolute jewel in Elle And we are so glad we ventured into the store on our vacation. We have been looking for a new bed for quite sometime, we have a sleep number now and Have had it for the past 12 years- so we are truly excited to try the Cariloha bamboo bed.
