"Got a Dodge custom order in 2022 and the whole add on warranty packages. I requested to use the warranty package to replace parts in May/June 3023 and 9 months later today they are still stringing me along and have been avoiding to refund me, both from service dept and sales dept. I finally called the state Lemon Law office and they advised me to make a formal complaint with the state RICO office for them to investigate the issue and help me. Dodge also owes me a $2k deposit that I gave in March 2023 , I requested the $2k deposit refund in Aug 2023 and til today March 2024 I haven't received it. This is another formal compliment I need to make. My husband and I have followed up with Dodge too many times and no results that's why it's time to make a formal complaint."

"I came in to check on a warranty issue. Service Dept guy acted like helping me was an imposition, & never even followed up with me. I spent over 30k with this company. Same attitude as the finance guy, unprofessional, and a little impolite. Just my opinion, mahalo."

"DO NOT take your car in for service there! Every time I went there my vehicle comes back with a new problem. I have a 2015 Jeep Rubicon. Never missed a service once. All of a sudden I go to them and my Jeep starts falling apart. Loose bolts turns into oil leak, cross thread stud bolts etc. oh! And they doubled in price for everything. I’m NEVER going back!"

"So I rented a dodge and my ID, hotel key and bank car slid forward underneath the cup holder hard surface lid. I went to 86 Hololea st and they maintenance staff there was diligent and shift in helping me, they ripped apart the center console and my cards where found deep near wires. I was able to drive off successfully with no damages to my rental. I’m so grateful for their expertise and their willingness to help me especially because it was so swift. Thank you guys for giving me an extra memorable experience on my vacation here. Highly recommend this dealership 100%."
