"I would give 'zero stars' here if allowed. The service manager (Rick) should not have his position, and the company does not honor its quotes. Our car (Chevy Equinox) had to be towed to Jim Falk Motors because our anti theft device failed. We called them 3 times in advance to let them know we were coming; no one answered (this was mid afternoon on a weekday). When we arrived, the service manager (Rick) complained loudly to us that he had many cars that needed work and was angry that we had towed it there. We towed it there because we BOUGHT the car there a year ago, and its the only Chevy dealer on Maui!! After checking in, he told us to come back the next day to schedule a meeting. When we got there, we were told that we did not have to come in; we could have scheduled the previous day! But it gets worse: he provided a written quote of $1795 plus tax; when we picked up the car the total bill was $1952; his response was that he "could not control the cost of parts", but he is the service manager! He referred us to the GM, who has not responded to any of our calls, so we have disputed the increased fee with our credit card company."

"Service dept should be called a disservice. Had an appt for 1pm and was told it might be a couple hours to get to my car. My husband is Mr. Polite yet they were so rude to him that we left. Went 1/2 mile up the road and got the service needed immediately."

"f there was a zero star that's what I would give. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Ill keep my story as short as possible. But I would ship my vehicle to Oahu for service before I ever bring it in to JIM FALK MOTORS. I made an appointment for my 2018 F150 for a recall notice. Took time off of work to bring my truck in on my appointment time/date Was turned away because they didn't have the parts and was told they would order the parts and call me back to make an appointment when the parts came in. 4 months later, no call, no message, no email I call to see if they have the parts and to make a appointment. They then tell me I need to bring my truck in so they can order the parts. This would be driving to them 2 times to not get in done when they could have looked at my truck the first time I brought it down. When I called the Service Manager, Nick, and tried to explain the situation, I couldn't get a apology and he was incredible rude about the situation. At first he was trying to be helpful on getting the truck repaired, but soon later he had as much sense as his service team. I don't know about the sales team, but I would never go there for service for the rest of my life and will never recommend anyone to this poor excuse for a business."
