"Rented a bike here and it went SO WELL. I rented and paid online, just walked into the store and picked it up - no waiting. The bike was in top condition, came with everything (pump, repair kit, lock), and dude spent a lot of time going over the specifics of the bike and also had some advice about the route I had planned. "Came to Hawaii for two weeks on vacation. I'm an avid cyclist so I knew I needed a bike while in town. I didn't want to bring mine so I booked online with the Bike shop. The online process was a breeze. They offer a helmet and lock free of charge. They also get your height and pedal type online so that they can put the appropriate pedals (Look KEO for me) on the bike. The guy with the ponytail was a bit condescending, but the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. I rented a specialized Roubaix disc ultegra with di2. The return process was super simple too and the staff there to receive the bicycle upon my return were top notch. For long term rentals like mine I do wish that they'd also loan out a pump...even still I'd definitely rent from this location again."
"The best LBS on island hands down. Customer service is unbeatable, staff is great, and they have what you need in stock. The people are personable and not condescending, and theyll remember you...even if you haven't seen them in years....true story! If you need your bike fixed or tuned up, pay the price. The mechanics are top notch. The Bike Shop sells Specialized gear."
